PFM acts as an independent intermediary to supply many of our products and services:
For example;
1) PFM arrange Novated Lease finance via out preferred supplier;
2) PFM arrange the purchase of your new motor vehicles via our preferred dealer network if you ask us to do so;
3) PFM arrange insurance products via our preferred insurance supplier if you ask us to quote insurance and wish to proceed;
4) PFM provide ongoing fleet management services via a fleet management system owned, managed and maintained by a 3rd party.
Fees and Commissions
When providing products and services to you, PFM may receive the following fees and commissions;
1) a commission / brokerage and establishment fee from the financial institution providing your Novated Lease finance;
2) a commission or fee from a motor vehicle dealership, if PFM have sourced your car via a preferred dealership;
3) a commission or fee from Insurance products you ask us to arrange for you via our preferred insurance provider;
4) a service fee for fleet management services as agreed between PFM and your employer.
How fees are paid and disclosure of fees and charges
Finance : Commission / brokerage and establishment fees are included in your Novated Lease finance. When we provide you with a Novated Lease Schedule the Lease Repayments already include these costs, as they form part of the monthly Lease Repayment. The financial institution providing the Novated Lease finance will pay PFM any commission / brokerage or establishment fees directly, upon commencement of your new lease. You may obtain from us information about a reasonable estimate of those fees. When we provide you with a Lease Agreement to sign, we will always confirm the exact costs and show them on your Lease Agreement.
Motor Vehicles : If you ask PFM to source a new vehicle via one of our preferred dealerships, they may offer and we may accept a spotters fee / broker fee, which will be included in the vehicle price we quote you. The dealership will pay the commission directly to PFM after the car is delivered. You may obtain from us information about whether or not a spotters fee is applicable and if so we will provide a reasonable estimate of the fee.
Insurance : If we organise insurance for you, upon your request, any commission payable to PFM will be included in the premium and the insurer will pay the commission directly to PFM after the policy is in place.
Management / service fees : When we provide you with a Novated Lease Schedule the Management Fee is shown as a separate cost item. We automatically deduct the management fee from your Novated Lease Account monthly.
Limited Licence
Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, PFM grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive and limited right to use and display this website and the materials thereon. You agree not to interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of the website in any way. PFM authorises you to view and download the information (“Content”) at this website only for your personal use (non-commercial use).
